Draught @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a white head, lacings. Aroma of light sourness, yeast, little brett, tart fruit, pineapple, citrus. Flavor is light sour, light bitter, malt, grass, fruity hops, peach, pineapple, lightly citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, light sour and light bitter finish. 171016

[9/23/16] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2016 in Bodegraven. Day one. Hazy pale yellow. Aroma is citric, floral, zesty. Dry flavor, tart, citric, zesty. Good and refreshing.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, bretty, fruity and moderate hoppy - citrus and fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. Really nice. 141016

Tap at Kitty’s, Helsinki. Colour is very cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Spices, fruits, citrus, tropical fruits, pineapple, Belgian yeast, hops and malts. Very tasty but maybe too aggressive.

Draught @ Kitty?s, Helsinki. Pours cloudy yellowish with a smooth head. Aroma of juicy tropical fruits, spices, yeast, citrus, grapefruit and vinous berries. Taste is juicy fruity, stuffy and citrusy with some vinous notes, yeast and earthy spiciness. Finish is a bit stuffy but juicy fruity, slightly spicy and earthy with some hints of citrus and tropical notes. Has a lot of good elements, but slightly unbalanced and too stuffy.

At Borefts 2016. thnx for sharing,everyone ! Pours unclear blonde / yellow. Big white head. Smell is sharp, funky. Taste is bitter, full, funky. Unique, as all their beers, yet not my preference in their offerings.

Straw blond with soapy head. It’s really flat and dead with no fizz at all. Aroma and flavour have some barnyard funk and manure.

Draft @ Borefts 2016. Shared with RB Belgian crew. Dorée, paille, fin voile, col blanc. Agrumes avec petite pointe de pamplemousse, le tout en backup par un malt léger, retrouve une petite touche surette de levure, mais sans être dans le funk, on est plus ici, sur une impression belge classique. Fini accompagné d’un léger houblonné vert avec un relent sec des grains.

van tap @Borefts 2016, bleek geel met volle witte kraag, aroma van gras, citrus, kruidig. smaken zijn goed, fris, prima co2, gist, citrus, licht, matig bitter, matig zoet, matige body.
