Tap @ Mig og Ølsnedkeren. Pours dark hazy brown. Aromas of malts, caramel, chocolate, oaky sweet, subtle citrussy notes. Smells more like a barleywine than a brown ale. Taste is hoppy, citrussy, chocolate, oaky, malty, cocoa.

Bigger Copenhagen bimble with Colin and Reuben. Keg at the brewpub. Almost clear deep brown beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and smooth with decent fine carbonation. Light malts, dry with caramelly sweetness. Mild dried fruits. A little well buried marmalade. Light semi dry finish. Sound.

Draught@Ølsnedkeren, Copenhagen. Deep coppery brown colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head, good thick lace. Aroma is wood, mild acidic notes as well as some wooden and mild toasted and rye like notes. Flavour is very similar, with a nice funkiness to it. I’d suppose this would be an excellent beer for BBQ-parties.
