Bottle drunk at Hidden Garden in Istanbul. I am very hungry, for the record. Hazy brownish amber with very small head, grainy nose, grainy barely-hopped flavor about like Ichnusa unfiltered if I remember it right. I'm thinking of adding a dill covered lemon from three appetizer plate to spice it up. Yep there it is. Rating: pre dilllemon.

opalescent golden colour, moderate sized dense white head; aroma of hay, linden honey, some floral, grainy-bread crusty and some yeasty-earthy notes; taste of bready, some nutty, moderate herbal hoppy and slight honey notes; surprisingly good kellerbier!

Bottle at Farm Kitchen, Southsea. Aroma is sweet. Malts and yeast. Opaque copper gold. Light foamy white head. Light bitterness. Grainy. Sour hints. Light. Thin. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. OK.

Bottle, 500 ml at Hoi Polloi. Cloudy golden with medium white head. Malty and sweet, some honey notes, quite bland. Not the worst pilsner out there.

gefunden in einer türkischen 🇹🇷 Bäckerei in Wien, welche früher das ehrwürdige Café Industrie beherbergt hatte. Es ist ein einfaches Strandbier, das beim Öffnen intensiv nach Reis/Mais 🌽 riecht. Man kann es schnell trinken, auch wenn es eiskalt 🥶 ist, aber besondere Aromen findet man nicht.

Bottle 50 cl as Bomonti Filtresiz 100% Malt. Golden, clear, white foam. Aroma: sweet, malty, lollipops, slightly spicy. Malty taste, sweetish, a little bit of lollipops and bitterness, sad.
