Tap at Frisches Bier, assuming it is this one. Dry melonrind and light tropical aroma. Hazy amber, offwhite lace. Medium light dry body, grass and cantilpipe notes, a hint mango and mint.

Bottle from Werksverkauf. Color: Clear golden, white head. Taste: Lightly malty, medium hopbitter. Clearly notes of citrus and pine. Lightly hints of orange. As expected from Simcoe hop. Nothing more, nothing less... Medium body, average carbonation.

0.33 l bottle from ’Hopfenrausch’, best before October 2016, thanks Mareike! Clear, golden amber with a medium large, quite fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish-fruity, a little resiny aroma of orange, tangerine, passion fruit and some pine. Slightly bitter, rather fruity and just a little resiny taste of orange, passion fruit, some tangerine and hints of pine, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry and a little resiny finish. Thin body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Nice flavours, body is a bit too thin though, carbonation too high. Still quite nice!

*Festival der Bierkulturen 2016, Köln. Nice fruity with tropical / peachy hints. The body is a bit sweetish malty, round and refreshing with not too much depth. Nice though.
