Flasche: Golden with an orangey sheen and a smaller stable off-white head, fruity and also grassy hoppy nose, pale malty background; light to moderate dry bitter flavour, accompanied by a delicate sweetness, pretty light bodied; lingering dry grapefruity-hoppy finish. A bit thin, otherwise a well made Bier…

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a blond and fluffy foam. Citrus-fruity, slightly grassy and sweaty hoppy aroma with a delicately piney touch. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Dry and soft pale malty base with mainly citric and grassy hops, accompanied by herbal spice; dry and moderately bitter, also a bit slim finish with present grassy, herbal and slightly fruity hops. Likeable, but also a bit rough. 01.X.13

Bottle looks good, beer in the glass also, nice head. Starts mild, mild hoppy, modest dry. Some grasy notes, fruity with hints of lemon. Finish again milder, less fruity, almost a bit thin. Only average.

330ml bottle @ PBF 2013

Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of perfumy hops, grass, malts and lemon. Taste is perfumy, artificial, sweetish and juicy. Finish is sweetish and artificial. A bit strange.

33 cl bottle @ PBF VIII
Aroma has biscuits, some fruity hops, apricot and hints of mango. A slight yeasty feeling here. Flavour is yeasty and floury with some citrus and biscuits. Finishes with gooseberry bush. A bit odd for an IPA.

Bottled at PBF. Hazy golden, lively head. Fruity chalky nose with some citrus. Dryish with clean mouthfeel and medium body. Primitive clean malt character, yeasty and chalky with just slight citrus. Resiny bitter finish. Harsh and not all that pleasant.

Bottled@PBF VIII. Small white head on a golden body. Aroma is fruity, some yeast, mild sweet malts as well as some quite sweet stinging ripe fruits. Flavour is fruity, toffeeish, mild yeast, herbs and a bit bready malts too. Quite nice flavour.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks IdoNis. Cloudy yellow. Yeasty and soapy aroma with some overripe fruits, some strange hoppiness, grainy notes and a bit of acidity. Flavor is a bit sweet and grainy with some yeast, fruitiness, and a bitterish yeasty finish, a bit citric and soapy. Light-bodied. 5/3/5/2/9/=2.4
