500ml bottle from trade with Erzengel, many thanks. Shared by 2 with Saeglopur. Did not find the BB date on this one. ABV 6,5%. yellow hazy color, small off-white head. smells reminds me of the soap at 80s 1* hotels, not a pleasant reminder :P some spices, smell not very good. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. taste of spices, some sweetness, soap smell again but less strong than on the smell, fruity notes, peach. finishs with soap notes and light fruits. very weird one, unfortunatly it was hard to avoid the smell, taste is a bit better, but also not so pleasant.

500 ml bottle purchased at 7/11. Clear gold with a ton of yeast and spice particles floating in the brew. Aroma is quite interesting, juniper Berry, herbs and light yeast.

The body is lighter with a huge herbal finish. Lightly sweet with the yeast playing second fiddle to the spice. Slightly fried plantain flavor. Interesting is the only thing I can really say here.

Cloudy dark golden-ish color with a fine off white head. Wheat, yeast, banana and something that reminds me of medicine. Not very inviting. Medium body. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Average carbonation. Wheat, yeast, herbal, mild banana and a bit sour. Not good at all.

New rating for "Das Fette Weissbier" (5.5% abv), 0,5 l bottle as a free gift from Vormann Brauerei (thanks!), best before 31/3/2016. Murky, golden orange with a massive, creamy, almost stable, white head. Pleasant, yeasty-fruity aroma of banana, honeydew and vanilla, accompanied by hints of juniper and lemongrass. Sweetish, yeasty-fruity taste with lots of banana and juniper. Notes of honeydew and vanilla as well. Short, slightly sourish and yeasty finish. Medium body, creamy and smooth mouthfeel, very lively carbonation. Much better than the last Preussen Weisse I’ve had, very much on the Hefeweizen side. The juniper is now detectable and there is an intense flavour of banana, while there is no tartness. Nice! Old rating: 0,5 l bottle from Vormann Brauerei (6.5% abv). Very cloudy, pale orange with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Nice aroma of banana and clove, some hints of rotten apples. Sourish taste of rotten apples, banana and clove. Short, sourish finish. Medium body, spritzy and at the same time slightly creamy texture, soft carbonation. Juniper and ginger have not been detected, but this is a very interesting brew. Like a wild hefeweizen, and way better than expected. Okay! (6/2/6/3/12: 2.9)
