The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours hazy yellow gold with a white head. Aroma is banana, slight funk, and spice. I couldn’t really make out any clear ginger notes. Taste is sweet and just a tad soapy. It wasn’t really sour at all like I was expecting. Sort of reminded me of an American wheat without the hops.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey, dark golden to amber colour with average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Sweet-and-sour wheaty aroma, hints of fruit ester, notes of confected apple, apple purée, Williams Christ pear. Taste is minimally tart, moderately sweet, wheaty, fruity notes of yellow apple and pear, a minimally dry herbal touch; dry, minimally tart finish, relatively soft, micropore carbonation. The extra ingredients account for a very cautious, but obviously well matching complementing; no soapy touch from the ginger adds a Brownie point.

Cloudy in the glass, yeasty clove/banana nose. The beer starts slightly sweet. Banana, syrup. The slightly herbal aroma in the background has hints of the juniper, probably also the ginger. The mainpart is smooth, mild. Slightly sweetish till the end. The herbal taste fits in great, the sweetness is a bit too sweet for me. The aftertaste is long, yeasty-banana-clove together with nice herbs.
Nice and highly drinkable brew! --> 12/12/10/11

På fat. Smak och doft av humle, vete, jäst, örter med toner av banan. Fruktig, frisk och med viss syrlighet. Svag beska. En vanlig veteöl helt enkelt.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, hops, and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, lemons, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

[10/19/13] Draught at Eurhop Beer Festival 2013 in Rome. Pretty clear golden. Fruity aroma with a bit of banana and light spicy notes. Sweetish flavor, wheaty and fruity, a bit overripe, with mild spicy notes in the finish. Light to medium-bodied. Refreshing.
