This Imperial version of our Last Snow porter is a rich, thick, decadent treat. Pitch black and viscous, it's made with coconut and fresh roasted coffee. We then age it in Bourbon barrels for months to accentuate the vanilla and coconut notes. Originally brewed in collaboration with our friends at Park Tavern in Delray Beach.

Bottle shared at Chriso’s and Ruth pre GBBF shindig, August 5, 2017. Dark brown pour, bit of foam. Nose has chocolate and also some raw chillies. Cocoa. Taste has lots if vanilla and some sweet candy. Taste has more vanilla, some chocolate, light roast. Quite nice actually. Great balance.

Bottle at Chriso pre GBBF Shindig 2017. Black beer lasting tan head. big dark chocolate aroma. Coconut. Just coconut. A bit like a dark chocolate bounty. Likeable. Very good.

Bottle shared at Chriso’s and Ruth pre GBBF shindig. 02/08/2017. Many thanks to Jan for this one. A jet black brown coloured pour with a a loose tan head. Aroma is big sweet praline maple syrup, peanut butter, coconut. Flavour is composed of of sweet rounded chocolate, peanut butter, coconut, vanilla, Peanut butter. Palate is medium sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation, creamy.

650ml bottle (thx, Komal P.!) shared at Brian’s. Pours a dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is coconut, bourbon, vanilla. Same taste with coffee notes. Moderate to high sweetness. Not very boozy for 11.5% beer. Good and pleasant.

Massive thanks to mariuspoenari for sharing this bottle! Black with medium tan head. There is massive coconut in my beer and I fucking love it. Dark roasted chocolate, mocha, coffee, insane amounts of coconut. Cocomilk, bourbon, vanilla, chocolate milk. Big sweet and moderate bitter. Full body, dense, thick, sweet, loaded with flavor. Bottle shared massive thanks to Mariuspoenari! Black with bubbly light brown head. Loads of coconut, roasted coconut, chocolate, toffee, vanilla, quite sugary, cardamom, Pakistani sweets, light milky, sweet bourbon, spices, brandy, some alcohol. Very sweet with light boozy finish. Over medium bodied with slick feel. Very very nice, maybe not to drink a whole bottle of but I’m really enjoying my glass here.

Bottle shared thanks to Marius. Black with a ring tan head. Aroma of massive, massive coconut, bounty bar, milk chocolate, toffee, vanilla, bourbon coming out, a beautiful box of milk chocolates. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Beautiful!
