Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, nice reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, overripe red mountain berries, berry skin, heather, grass, moss, cherry stones, weeds. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish, berry skin, sorrel, grass, minerals, heather, cherry stones, overripe red berries, weeds. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice.

From old notes. From tap at Man in the Moon, Stockholm. Light hazy red color with pinkish head. Yeasty fruity aroma, funky, dusty, berries, wood. Sweet and acidic fruity taste like aroma. Light to medium oily body with soft to average carbonation.

Bottled@Man In The Moon, Stockholm. Very earthy and cellary when opening the bottle. After it’s aired for a bit, it stabilizes somewhat. Aroma is blackberries, brett, some sour wooden notes and earth. Flavour is tart and sour wood along with some brett and berries with the cellar being quite gone after having had it in a glass for a bit.

Bottle at MITM. Amber, clear color, steady a bit pinky head. Aroma has bretta and some cellar. Hints of blue/blackberry. Medium-bodied. Light bretta. Cellar. Berryish. Simple. Not aged very well?

Draught at Man in the Moon. Hazy red liquid with a medium off-white head. Aroma of blackberries, flowers, raspberries, lemons, brett and mineral. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of lemons, blackberries and barnyard. Light to medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Great beer.

Bottle. Pours a pale reddish amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity weak sour bretty berry aroma. Fruity malty sour bretty berry flavor. Has a fruity malty sour tart berry finish.

Tap@Man in the Moon. Ljusröd vätska med i stort sett inget skum. Dofter av frukter och bär. Sedan anländet brettdoften med sina karaktäristiska aromer av våt filt. Torr smak. Bär finns definitivt där. Syrlig och god.

Draught @ Man in the Moon. Pours hazy vibrant pinkish red with a frothy and creamy pinkish offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of thick lacing and spotty trace on the glass. Smell is fruity and tiny funky with crackers, blackberries, sour cherries, hay, dry soil, strawberries, barnyard, lemon juice. Lemon zest and hints of sour milk and leather. Taste is sour and fruity with crackers, blackberries, frozen strawberries, hay, dry soil, lemon juice, unflavored yoghurt, lemon zest, white grapes and mandarin oranges. Mouthfeel is dry, tart and light bodied. Finish is sour and fruity with crackers, blackberries, lemon juice, unflavored yoghurt, lemon zest, blackberry hard candy, hay and dry soil. Tasty simple fruit sour.

Draught at the Man in The Moon Anniversary. Slightly hazy reddish with a small pink head. Light bretty aroma with earthy tones and sour blackberries. Same notes in taste. Not very sour and rather pleasant. Very refreshing.

(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm, 28 March 2014) Red colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of blackberries and dark fruit. Fruity, slightly malty taste with blackberries, dark fruit, raspberries, barnyard, stable and a dry, tart finish with a fresh acidity. Medium body, dry. Tasty and well balanced sour ale with a fresh blackberry character. Nice one.
