Nice creamy mediumlasting head, very light color. Aroma is very mild, wet dog, flowers, wet hay, paper, fresh wood, hints of tropical fruits. Taste is mild floral, wet hay, flowers, fresh wood, harsh yeast, bark, minerals, paper. Medium bitterness, harsh mouthfeel. Meh!

[4/29/15] Draught at Mikkeller Bar in Copenhagen. Clear pale yellow. Grainy aroma with a bit of hops. Grainy flavor, slightly sweetish, with some bitterish hops. Light to medium-bodied.

Draft @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty weak sour aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty weak citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty weak sour finish.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar Victoriagade. Pours tiny hazy pale golden with a frothy white head that leaves lots of spotty trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is slightly fruity, spicy, estery and slightly phenolic with crackers, pears, strawberries, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, barnyard, lemon zest and hints of sheet metal. Taste is tiny sour, tiny bitter, slightly fruity, slightly spicy and slightly funky. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tiny tart and light bodied. Finish is tiny sour and tiny bitter with crackers, lemon juice, pears, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, barnyard, lemon zest and hints of sheet metal. Solid refreshing saison. Bit too heavy on the pear esters to be perfect but all in all good.

Mini Copenhagen bimble with rlgk and _Angst_. Mikkeller Vik. Keg. Almost clear pale gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and crispy. Light floralness. Saison yeasty funk. Modest orange. Light crisp finish. Clean and fresh Saison.

From tap at Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade, Copenhagen. Almost clear pale yellow color with small white head. Sweet funky, fruity aroma, light grassy and citrusy. Sweet and light bitter taste. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Pours yellowish with a small head. Aroma of tartish fruits, bretta, funky yeast, spices and citrus. Taste is smooth, citrusy and tartish with some bretta, yeast and hoppy notes. Finish is crisp, slightly yeasty and hoppy with some citrus, lemon and bretta notes. Interesting.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar. Aroma has bretta notes, earthy tones and citrus. Flavour has funky yeasty notes, some bretta, earthy notes, urinal cake and some citrus. Straightforward but refreshing. I like the funky yeast here.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity and light estery. Bitter, floral and slight perfumed. Honey and bitter into a dry finish.

Draft. Yellow beer with an off-white head. Light yeast and light tart aroma. Light malt and light yeast flavor with light brett. Medium bodied. Light malt and light spice linger with light yeast.
