Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, caramel, hops, fruits and flowers. Light bitter finish.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Light hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 020722

Bottle from local supermarket around hotel. Surprisingly fine, or better said okay. No major flaws on tongue or else. Caramel hints. Good

Bottle shared with JmD and JFE on board Fridtjofen at Tau slipp & båtbryggeri. Mahogany amber. Off-white head. Sweet aroma and taste of medium roasted malt, syrup and slightly harsh bitterness. Mediocre.

Dag 2 med Fridtjofen på slipp, Tau juli-19. 0,5 flaske delt med skibsreden og lettmatros Egdetveit. Nesten helt kobberrød med fint skum som varer. Karamellkjeks, røde bær, urter og snev av granskudd. Mersmak i avslutningen.

Bottle, 330 ml, at Varuna Gezgin, Istanbul. Cloudy deep orange to amber, white head. Malty, bit watery, caramel, some citrus, nice bitterish touch in finish. Medium bodied.

Hazy, amber colored, medium beige head. Aroma is of malt, some iscuit, bit toast, some citrus and floral hops, bit spicy, yeast. Taste is medium sweet malt, biscuit, caramel, bit toast, medium- citrus, spicy and floral hops, bit grassy with a dose of harshness, medium bitterness, yeasty, dry finish. Easy drinking and well rounded for style. Pours amber with good head and lacing. Coppery malt and some light citrus hops. Tap at James Joyce pub in Istanbul.

bottle at corner irish pub near taksim, 16tl. pours a clear amber with a small white head. aroma of caramel malts, herbal hops. flavour of apricots, citrus peel, wood, leaves, caramel. dry and slightly bitter finish. nice and aromatic.
