Nice amber color. Sweet taste and hides the alcohol really well. Takes extra bonus points for the bottle :)

Schmeckt erstmal ziemlich komisch! Test vom 13.6.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,6,6,9,7,7 - 7,20

Copper color under a fleeting white head. Nutty malt aroma. The flavor is malty with a bit of hop bitterness, but this is just another boring amber ale really. Some dryness in the finish, but overall not much going on here. Cute little swing top bottle and easy drinking unassertive flavor should make this a good gateway brew for the macro drinker looking to try something more daring. Think baby steps here.

Very effervescent amber colour with a thick dense off-white head. Very foul vegetable aroma with a bitter nuttiness. Medium to Light-bodied; Odd taste which tastes like coca-cola at first, then switches to a gross maltiness. Sweet caramel flavour, but doesn't work well with this one. Aftertaste shows a very odd flavour-not pleasing. Overall, the bad vegetable flavours and sweet tastes don't really fit and, and make it not refreshing at all. I bought this 12 ounce bottle at Beers of the World in Rochester, New York.

No head and a light brown color. The aroma is a little fishy and at first interesting but by the last sip I was thinking how I can drink this without smelling it. A very nasty aroma after a while. Barely any taste and as thin as water. 4/2/3/1/7

Giving this another re-rate, just to make sure. This time its a cool 12oz bottle, got to give them credit for the original shape. Color is a crystal clear brown, almost just like a dirty brown water than anything else. Small quickly dissipating head. Aroma is dirty stinky caramel malt with some dirty floral notes. Taste is a lightly sweet yet cheap and corny caramel. No body to it. 4/2/4/1/6

Bright amber colour. Thin layer of lasting foam. Sweet caramel aroma with faint wood, diacetyl. Light body. Some alcohol notes, vague caramel. Fizzy finish. Bland.

Amber in color.Light roasted nose. Gassy and fizzy with a weak rather bland malt flavor with scant hops
