The Beer Store 473ml can: Pours a golden colour with a white head. Aroma is pretty light and bready. A little bit of grain is in there as well. Taste is a little sweet, especially towards the finish. Hops are present, but they are extremely mild. Has some grainy lager tastes. Overall, this is a good lager, but not what I was expecting with a rating this high.

Tasted on 7 July 2011 at Toronto, Canada. Rich amber-yellow color, small whitish foamy head, cheesy aroma, mild moldy flavor, medium carbonation, hoppy long finish.

creemore touch of evident hops and a little welcome bitterness put this lager far ahead of the other canadian beers of the style

Nut-like with not much grain. I get hints of fruit in there and a small bitterness as it warms. Very malt-like with not much hop presence.

On tap at a random restaurant in Ottawa. This stuff doesn’t stand out but has a reliable head, a modest brown-amber body. Slight malt aroma Taste is a very traditional malt with hop notes; not a bad brew, okay on tap, okay with a burger.

Damn... I don’t know if it’s me... or is it because Molson bought this beer... I am tasting a totally different brew. Corn is in the taste, and no floral bouquet. I don’t mind corn, but Creemore Springs was so good.... just a few months back... when I last tried it. Still pours an amber colour. Head is fizzy and goes down quick enough. Lace is left. Active carbonation. Hardly any nose in this one. I use to love Creemore. It was one of my favorite premium lagers. Easy to get... for me. Bye, bye... Creemore Springs.

Can from matt7215. Thanks for a beer I’ve never heard of, from a place I’ve never heard of. Just consider me geographically challenged! Pours an amber tinged gold with a multifinger off-white head. Strong noble aroma over pale malt. Near medium body with frothy carbonation. Tastes mildly bready, and there’s a decent amount of hop. Not excessively bitter, but quite tasty. I like that it’s not pasteurized. Live beer is the best! Like this one.

On tap somewhere in Toronto. Light amber color with a fine head. Malt-centered aroma with caramel. Big malt flavor, caramel, nuts, amber malts. Almost a Vienna. Decent hops. A decent malty lager, though not really special.

473ml can from Harry! Caramel malt, floral, and some light fruitiness in the nose; light amber with a big yellow head; caramel, light hop bitterness and a little balancing sweetness; this might be my everyday goto session beer if I lived in Toronto!
