Nedaleko Nové Paky je hrad Pecka, kde svého času působil velký osvícený šlechtic Kryštof Harant z Polžic, Bezdružic a pán na Pecce. Ten byl popraven jako jeden z českých pánů na Staroměstském náměstí v Praze po bitvě na Bílé Hoře. Kryštof je světlé výčepní pivo plnější chuti s obsahem alkoholu 4,5 %. Stáčí se do skleněných lahví NRW 0,5l, PET lahví 1,5 l, dále pak do nerezových sudů KEG 50l, 30l, 15l a nově do minisoudků o objemu 5l.

# 4339; 8/2024. As BrouCzech Kryštof. Strong aroma of cardboard, corn and maltose sirup, vegetable. Brilliant gold body; off-white head. Vegetable, corn, cardboard, tobacco, unripe apple. Extremelly bad beer full of faults. 0,5 l, can, supermarket, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).

500ml bottle. Pours clear gold with a tall white head. Aroma is fruity, honey, malt. Taste is light sweet, fruity, malt. Medium bitter finish. Light bodied. Good.

Straight from the bottle. Aroma and taste: grain, spicy hop, fruity notes. Light sweet, light to medium bitter. Hoppy aftertaste. Mouth feel: light to medium body, appropriate carbonation. Summary: quaffable.

(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm, 11 Dec 2021) Pale amber colour with creamy, off-white head. Malty nose with notes of toast, apricots, honey and herbal hops. Malty taste with toast, apricots, orange peel, honey and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Barwa złota, przejrzyste. Piana gesta, szybko opada. Lekki chmielowy aromat. W smaku calkiem solidny pils. Bez wad mimo zielonej butelki.
