Pivo Brouček byla první etiketovaná desítka ve své době. Jméno je odvozeno od knihy Výlet pana Broučka do 15. století od Svatopluka Čecha. První etiketa měla dokonce obrázek klasického opilce s bříškem. Název se vžil a dnes je nosným pivem v našem sortimentu. Brouček je lehké osvěžující pivo spadající do kategorie světlých výčepních s obsahem alkoholu 4 %. Stáčí se do skleněných lahví NRW 0,5l, dále pak do nerezových sudů KEG 50l, 30l, 15l a PET lahví 1,5l.

V novopackej pivarni. Vona zase konopna. Farba velmi fadna priesvitna. Chut konopna.

1.5L PET bottle as BrouCzech. Deep amber colour, minimal head. The aroma is butterscotch, grains & nuts. Similar taste. Sweetish. Light bitterness on ending.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate.

Tap at Hostinec Richtar Jakub. Aroma grain, light hay, yellow colour. Taste is mild, watery, metallic, light indifferent hoppy bitterness. Finish neutral and flavour-less. Thin body. Below average industrial lager.

As Slawjanskoe Pivo Legkoe. Plastic bottle. Golden with a white head. Smells and tastes mashy and no good at all. Bitterness grows in the aftertaste.

Draft @ Novopacká piváreň, Bratislava. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy flavor with weak hoppy hints. Has a fruity grainy malty finish.

Lahev (1500ml, děkujem Quack-Duckovi!): deep golden, small and stable creamy head with a little lace, sweetish buttery- bready - slightly perfumed - nose, very restrained hoppy aromas; light to moderate drier bitter-sweet flavour, thin body; light bitter-sweet finish, a faint tinge of tart vegetables detectable. (plastic bottle, 150cl, 4.1% abv) Clear, golden colour with a short and off-white foamy head. Biscuity and slightly sugary malty aroma with notes of cara-malt and a subtle fruity touch. Sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly bready and buttery malty taste with herbal hops, dry-out effect towards the bitter-sweet and herbal hoppy finish. On tap at Novopacka pivaren, Bratislava. Golden color with thick white head. Aroma, fruity, malty. Taste is surprisingly bitter. Drinkable refreshing beer.
