Klare, goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger Geruch mit etwas Karamell und schwach hopfig. Geschmacklich malzig, etwas getreidig, wiederum Karamell, schwach hopfig. Mittlere bis große Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure und spürbarem Alkohol.

50cl bottle courtesy of koelschtrinker. A clear golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of moderate sweet grainy malt and mild spicy hops. Taste of moderate sweet grainy malt, strong pale malt, spiy hops. Nothing special!

500ml bottle, from trade with Kolschtrinker. Many thanks. Pours clear gold amber, moderate off-white head. Aroma is malty caramel bock leanings. Taste is caramel, lightly nutty, fairly slick, good sweetness. Perfectly fine bock.

CLear golden with little white head. Aroma is tobacco, gummy bears, some wheat and malty juice, some noble hops as well. Taste is some sweet malt, some bitter hops, some sour carbonation. Rounded... Quite full bodied and medium smooth, medium drinkable. Ok.

EIn weiteres Bier unserer Bockbierverkostung gegen den Zipfer Stefanibock, den Schremser Weihnachtsbräu und dem Samichlaus Classic aus dem Hause Schloss Eggenberg. Es konnte keinen Trinker wirklich erfreuen, sondern nur betrunken machen, da es zwar recht voll im Geschmack war, aber zu süßlich und platt im Aroma. Ist auch nicht die Erfüllung.

Pours a clear golden color, topped with an average-sized white head. Sweet malty aroma, some herbal notes in there and a touch of alcohol smell. Taste starts sweet, overcome later by some bitterness and a bit of that unpleasant alcohol taste. Not the best one.
