KOFF I is a mild malt beverage. It is lightly hopped, with medium strong pitching wort and a soft taste. It has a clear golden yellow colour, dense crown and clean finish. Fresh, cool and pleasant, yet aromatic and full-bodied, it is at its best in good company and sociable surroundings.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet and acidic with notes of malt and straw. The flavor is malty with notes of cardboard, dusty hops, and brewing cereal, leading to a dry finish. The body is thin.

Medium white head does not last. Pale yellow body. Acidic grainy rubbery aroma. Dry rubbery grainy taste with chalky watery notes. Sharpish, harsh mouthfeel. No real aftertaste. Boring, verging on unpleasant. (0.33l bottle, St. Urho’s pub.)

33 cL bottle, comes as Hanassa Koff. Pours clear and pale yellow with a fully diminished white head. Mild grainy and cornish aroma. Flavour is bland and watery, gladly because the cardboard otherwise would have been too dominant.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of oh6gdx. Clear, pale golden with a white head leaving some laces. Very subdued aroma, thin and watery with basically no malty feel. No hops - not much of anything really. 080408

Bottled. Yellow colour, decent foamy white head, which disappears almost completely (and fast). Strong breadish malty nose with hints of sweetness. Sweet malty flavour with breadish finish and aftertaste. Rich carbonation. Watery. Boring. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Koff 2.5% Gluteeniton on 23 Sep 2024 at 15:12 - Score: Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 3.5. Original review text: Can (from Prisma Liisanlehto, Vaasa). Yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is rubbery, some grainy, mild cardboard and some malts as well. Flavour is grainy, rubbery, some mild herbal tones with a bit of cardboard too.

Bottled, brewed in Kerava (BB 01/2005)
Typical pale lager color with small white head. Metallic "Koff-nose", a bit rubbery. Watery, very carbonated, some malts in body and late bitterness. Mouthfeel is thin but otherwise a decent low alcohol beer because this one does not differ much from normal Koff lager.
