Leicht trübes Kastanienbraun; mächtige, gemischtporige und stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase aromatisch und sehr malzig, deutliche Röstmalzaromen, Schokolade und Kaffee. Im Geschmack unglaublich malzig, Röstaromen, Kakao, Vollkornbrot, etwas Karamell, mittlerer Körper, weiche Textur, milde aber spürbare Bittere. Insgesamt wurde der Stil super umgesetzt, für mich ein großer Genuss.

On tap at Flann O’Brien Irish Pub Graz. Black coloured, medium sized pale beige head, caramel and mild coffee in the nose. Roasted malt, caramel, light coffee and nutty with bitterish finish.

Als Ottakringer Bio-Zwickl Dunkel. Dunkelbraune Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht röstmalziger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, leicht röstmalzig mit Karamell. Mittlere bis hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.
