Cellar draught, 10/1/23. Dark, clear, no head. Nose is lovely as hell bourbon. Just a smidge of soy oxidation, but it just gives an umami flavor that doesn't detract, IMHO. Otherwise, classic choco-vanilla-salt-spice. Lightly fruity, gentle char acidity. Soft, rich, sticky, excellent bourbon and vanilla notes with good attenuation, good salt and char, light dark fruit, light soy. I really appreciate how well this has aged.

Bottle at OBD share. Pours pitch black with a tiny dark brown head. Big notes of chocolate, vanilla, oak, fudge, burned wood. Palate shows more smoke which I had really not hoped for. Ruins it completely for me, sadly.
