Fin duft av frukter, krydder og citrus. Fin litt dunkel gyllen farge. Lite skum, noe heng langs kant. Fin smak av frukter med en herlig citrus i ettersmaken.

50 cl bottle @ home. Batch #1167: brewed 24.04.2014, BBE 24.04.2015
Aroma is very grassy with apricot and funky, yeasty fruity tones. Flavour has grass, minerals, vichy and some funky yeast. Aroma was nice but flavour is a bit empty. It gets filled with grass and herbal tones after some sips though. Somewhat unique cobination of familiar elements of beers; grassy German hops and Belgian yeasty funkiness. Also the light body of a pale ale. Too light, I mean.

50cl bottle from Meny, Ringnes park. Pours hazy golden with a lasting, white head. Fruity and citrussy aroma with notable lemongrass influence. Moderate malty, slightly yeasty and spicy too. Moderate sweet with nice flavour of lemongrass and a pleasant bitterness. Would guess this goes well with Asian food, but works quite well alone too. Nice and sessionable!

Bottle at home. Has a slightly hazy, bright orange color, with an ivory, medium head. The aroma feels fresh and fruity with apricot, pale malt, Belgian yeast, some citrus and light spice character. The taste is also fresh and more fruity with apricot, citrus, and with a light grassy and hoppt touch in the aftertaste. Mouth feel is light and smooth and has low bitterness. Asian pale ale is a fresh, easy to drink and light. Has a little short aftertaste maybe.

500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.5%. Hazy deep golden colour, moderate white head. Distinct dryish aroma of lemongrass. Fizzy mouthfeel, light bodied. Dry flavour with loads of lemongrass, white pepper finish. No doubt good with Asian food, but also decent on its own as a refreshment. Will buy again.
