This amber-coloured beer is brewed from a mixture of carefully chosen special, pale malt grains. It is this that gives the beer its rich colour and malty taste. A well-balanced beer with a good clean flavour.

Draught pour at the Paris brewpub, October, 2011. Light amber color. Very little aroma at all. More grain flavor, like the blonde, but this one is significantly better.

On tap, at O’Neil Brew Pub, Paris on 20th November 2011. Deep amber with white head and very little lace. Sweet, malty aroma. Light bodied liquid is bittersweet in-mouth; grassy hop and some rear-mouth bitterness leads to a mostly bitter finish on a zingy mouthfeel.
