A light and refreshing citrusy wheat beer. With a characteristically cloudy golden appearance, we brew our Maison Blanche using Czech Saaz hops to deliver an aromatic blend of earth and spice, to which we add coriander seeds and orange rind in the final stages of the boil. This accentuates the zesty qualities of this classic hop and gives even more depth of flavour to an already mouth-watering pint.

Draught, 4.2% at the Frog and Princess as Maison Blanche. No aroma. Cloudy pale yellow colour. The flavour is a little more interesting, it has some clove and lemon. Good mouthfeel. Slightly sweet, though. Hint of butter in the finish.

From tap at the brewpub as Maison Blanche. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is coriander spiced and light citric with a classic wheat note. Mild wheaty and spiced flavoured. Smooth and light citric into the finish. Smooth and clean.

Draught at the Frog & Rostbif pub in St. Denis
Cloudy light blond color. Some aroma and flavor of malt, light wheat, Belgian freshness, too thin at the end, even if the bitterness is quite high.

This was the best beer I tried at Frog & Rosbif on St. Denis. Pours a lightly hazy golden color with a medium thin white head. The aroma is nicely citric and wheaty. Light and smooth body with flavors of citrus, vanilla and wheat. The finish is a little hoppy and a little spicy. This is a pretty good Wit.
