thanks Christian, via Patrick for sharing-500ml bottle- pours a rich dissipating light brown head and copper color. Aroma is rich medium malt-some roasty/peat, some sweet dark fruit, some spice. Taste is rich medium malt-some roasty/peat, some sweet dark fruit, some spice hops. Soft carbonation.

Bottle from the Merkur Markt in Seiersberg I reckon. Poured a dark red-brown body with a slightly off white head. Malty, slightly sticky, even a bit roasty nose with some raisins. Slightly dry too. The taste, however doesn’t match the complexity of the aroma. Dogfood-like malty notes, sweetish. Just ok.

Bottle (@Krah-Krah, Vienna): clar, ruby coloured, small, rather quickly vanishing beige head; dried fruits and molasses in the nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; a kind of hoppiness in the sweetish-malty and fruity finish. tastes like a diluted Dunkler Bock.................

0.5 l bottle from an Eurospar in Graz, at 5.2% ABV and 13.3° extract. Poured dark brown reddish body with smaller brownish head that didn’t live long. Weak sourish hoppy aroma with some caramel. Sweet flavor, just a slightly bitter, with lot of caramel, roasted sugar and dark fruits, let’s say plums. Full bodied, but the alcohol is somehow felt. Finish is very sweet. Was quite tasty, much better than other Malz I’ve tried.

Red-brown color. Sweetness all over the place! Some malts, but sweets play a big part in this beer.
