It is a easy dunkel beer. The color is black, brown, average carbonation. The taste is in the mouth discreet, sweet, malt but a bit watery, drinking it a really long time ago and it was the old version.

Bottiglia.

33cl bottle from a random shop in Geneva. Pours clear mahogany coloured with a beige head. Mild malty aroma with notes of dried, dark fruits and faint hints of dusty hops. Thin and watery, but easy to drink and no off flavours. Fair enough.

Bouteille: Mahagony coloured, clear, quite stable off-white head; Dark malt and caramel in the moderate bitter-sweet nose, traces of Burnt malt and herbal hops still detectable; moderate, as well, bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, a bit sticky and a bit tart; delicate metallic traces in the herbal-bitter and malty finish. Not too bad...

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, chestnut brown colour with a beige and thick foamy head. Discreet aroma of ashy malt, beet sugar and traces of spicy hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied with a tame carbonation. Slightly sugary dark malt character with caramel and ashy notes; slightly hop bitter but mainly sweetish malty finish. 28.VIII.18
