Pan Kraljevski (Royal) is a unique red beer brewed from two types of hops and two types of malt. It was created to commemorate the visit of the Danish royal Crown Price Couple to Koprivnica's brewery on October 23, 2014. The subtle bitterness and slightly caramel flavour make it an ideal choice for all of those who love beers that are rich in taste and superior in quality.

OK pivce.

Apr. ’16. A 0.5 l bottle that poured dark copper-amber body with a small head. Weak malty, grainy and herbal aroma. Flavor was lightly sweet and lightly sour, harsh grainy with lemon hops. Caramel and sugar as a toasted malt counterpart was quite badly represented. Medium bodied with shorter sweet finish. Nothing special here, just a pass. I’ve got a feeling that first, special, mega rare batch was much better indeed.

0.5 l bottle from Konzum supermarket, Zagreb. Clear light amber, small frothy off-white head. Aroma of cereal, some hops and some dry fruit. Caramel and wooden notes, but seems kind of fake. Sweet and metallic. Watery with soft carbonation. Why did they even make this?

Pours a clear amber orange color, topped wit ha fair and nicely lasting beige head. Full malty aroma, sweet with some soy sauce presence. Taste is sweet with a bit of biscuity feel. Mild bittery finish. Light and easily drinkable. Decent one.

Pours a dark orange color with short lasting white head. Somewhat sweet smell. Taste is a bit undefined, falls between sweet and bitter. Malts, yeast, grass.. A hint of caramel. Medium body with soft carbonation. Texture is a bit watery. To be honest, I didn’t expect much out of this. So, with that in mind it actually came out more or less decent. It is mediocre beer at best, but for the same price it’s definitely a much better choice then the regular Pan lager. Drinkable if nothing better is available.
