Sampled from tap at Borefts 2016 day 2. Hazy pale golden with thin white head. Sweet malts, sour grain, bit metallic, some elderflower fruitiness. Light sweet, light sour and minerallike saltiness. Tap at Borefts. Slight hazy clear golden with white head. Light sour lactic notes, soft dough, gooseberries, soft grassy. Quite light in the aroma. Light sour and very light sweet. Under medium bodied.

Clear very pale yellow beer, small white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, Berliner Weisse, more funk. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sour start, lemony, refreshing, lactobacillus? Aftertaste: little bitter, fruity, citrus, some peach, bit spicy, lemony touch.

Tap (at Borefts - is this the correct entry?). Slightly hazy straw-yellow color with hardly any head. Aroma is apricots, lacto, yoghurt. Taste is tart, some apricots, again quite yoghurty. Oily mouthfeel, low carbonation. Good.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity, toasted and crisp hoppy, citric, grainy and lingering fruity. Bitter, crisp hoppy and smooth fruity finish.
