This NW style sour ale is a blend of Wheat ales that were aged in oak wine barrels with cranberries, orange peel and cinnamon for up to 14 months. Using cranberries grown along the Oregon coast, the 2015 blend offers brilliant cranberry fruit flavor with soft spice notes that offer refreshment throughout the entire year.

Tap @ Borefts. Pinkish blonde. Cranberries and white pepper in the aroma. Moderately sour floral flavor with cranberries. Very nice.

Taster shared with Brian. Appearance: a bit hazy copper with a white head. Aroma: very fresh berry character, like a mint freshness. Taste: sour with berries notes. Overall: not bad, despite being 3ven a bit more acidic than usual.

Botella 75 cl en Cimmeria 27..04..2019 (R194). Color amarillento velado con espuma blanca persistente. Sabores suaves ácidos y cereales ligeramente afrutados y cebada mojadas con ligeros amargos herbales. Seca al final. Cuerpo medio con bastante sabor y buena combinación de sabores. Bastante buena para repetir.

Aus der Flasche (Vintage 2016 / 6,9% Abv) bei der Berlin Beer Week - Cloudwater TapTakeOverParty im Muted Horn 2018-07 getrunken. Ein sensationelles Sour Ale mit eine sehr passenden Säure die dann auch sehr gut mit der Frucht, den Hibiskus und dem Zimt nahezu perfekt harmoniert. Klasse Stoff!
