An hazy golden beer brewed with an Italian Ancient Grain (Cappelli wheat from countryside of Puglia) and Orange Peel.
The crisp and fresh aromas of cereals are intriguing and elegant. The sip reveals honey flavors balanced by a nice, soft bitterness and a clean dry finish.
Freshness and modernity for the new perfect Italian Lager.

Huge citrus aroma, some soapy coriander, grains, tropical fruits. Dry, empty, zesty, bitter. Medium, watery body with lively carbonation. Ok

33cl can at ilMinimoStorico, Bertinoro, Italy. Pours hazy gold with very fine white foam. Aroma is floral and orange. Body is average with intense carbonation. Taste is very bitter, surprisingly for a session ale. Finish is bitter but not particularly long. Overall, enjoyable but maybe a little unbalanced towards bitterness.

Can. Slightly hazy gold with a small but lasting white head. Aroma of mandarins, passionfruit, hay, mild spices. Light bodied, but not watery. Taste is a bit muddled between spices, dough and gentle citrus. The additions are not overdone - not much spicier than in a normal Belgian blond. Lowish bitterness. Refreshing enough but wanted more a more defined palate or at least a drier finish.

Canned at Vinocom 2016. Golden body I guess. Aroma... orange juice, some honey, nicely aromatic, with the fruit mixing well with aromatic hop notes. As much as the aroma’s lovely, the taste is a disappointment. Very light, very empty, only light citric hoppiness, flat, some bitterness in the finish. Meh.
