Outmeal Stout. When creating the recipe for this beer, we bore in mind what one associates with oatmeal. Hence the base was laden with a bunch of oat flakes, roasted malts and roasted barley. The end result reflects this - intensive flavours, a coffee and dark chocolate aroma and a creamy texture. So we would not smother this, we added only as much hops as was needed to delicately balance the flavour.

Bottle. Almost black. Malt, cereals and hints of roast in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with cereals, roast, hints of licorice and raisin. Somewhat powdery mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long roasted heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate Excellent.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma fine color cappuccino media persistenza, colore marrone intenso quasi nero, al naso caffè cacao liquirizia vaniglia, in bocca malto tostato caffè cioccolato fondente, carbonatazione leggera molto fine, corpo rotondo, cremosa vellutata, amaro moderato, dolce nel finale. Una birra ben fatta, molto buona. 14.10.18

Pours muddy dark brown from the bottle. The foamy tan head soon exits. Aroma is full of roasted grains with hints of coffee. Taste is bitter up front, increasingly sour near the end. Body is medium, a bit oily, rather flat. Okay but I had higher hopes for this one.

On tap at Okrep?evalnica Petkov�ek, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of oats, with light toasted malt and a hint of dry cocoa. Flavour is very hearty, with a wonderful oat and barley character, with some earthy dry cocoa and toasted malt. Smooth, hearty, dry and lightly bitter palate. This is wonderfully constructed. Excellent.

33cl bottle from Sip, Tallinn. Pours very dark mahogany coloured, close to black, with a rather small, beige head. Solid roasty aroma with dark chocolate, notes of dark fruits, hints of licorice and dark bread. Moderate to medium sweet with medium flavour intensity and a somewhat dry finish. Smooth, tasty and quite enjoyable.
