Stark karbonisierter Antrunk, wenig salzig, geringe Bitterkeit. Leicht würzig, nicht sonderlich süffig. Okay. 10/9/9/9/8/9

Ova Viška pivovara definitivno ima problema sa karbonizacijom, ovu sam točio ultra sporo pa svejedno ima pjene puno previše. Ovo pivo je gose po stilu što znači da je kiselo slana. Ima i nešto korijandera, i jako je vodenasta pa više ispada da je ovo neki sok nego piva. Ništa impresivno kao i ostale Viške. Dobro je probati nešto neuobičajeno ali nije baš za neku višekratnu upotrebu.

Boca 0,33L - prvi put se susrećem s ovim stilom, i slano, i kiselo, preludo pivo..

On tap at Craft room, Zagreb. Pours pale golden, medium creamy white head. Citrus, sourish middle, lactic, bit salty, smooth. Wouldn’t mind longer aftertaste.

Pours almost clear and a bit pale yellow color, topped with a medium sized white head, ok lasting. Quite spicy nose, wheaty feel with some unripe fruity notes, soury feel. A hint of saltiness. Taste starts with decent fruity sourness, Light body with sparkly feel. Very likeable and enjoyable.

Bottled 330ml. -from Vrutak Zagreb. Paaale yellow coloured, small white head, lively carbonation, mild salty and whiff of parmesan cheese in the nose. Lemony, salty, slightly watery and mild citric with notes of coriander and rather short finish. Pitty, expected better.

Draft @ Pivo & Burger Fest Oct’16, Ljubljana. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme offre un bouquet minéral modéré accompagné de petites notes nobles et agrumes tirant sur le ’green lime’. Palais est minéral, finement salin, amertume arrive en fin de bouche et le tout garde un léger petit effet fumé. Effervescence est haute voire de trop, retrouve un côté étable, grains, citronné et encore ce caractère salin en fin de bouche. Pas mauvaise mais pas vraiment le meilleur exemple du style.

On tap at Craft Room. Golden body with a creamy white head. Slightly lactic aroma, a bit salty. Taste... soft, watery taste, light salty and lactic notes, too light really and slightly lacking in complexity, not getting the coriander in this form, and it’s missing from the taste. Solid try, but I kinda hoped for more. The bottled version is hopefully better.

Yellow colored, cloudy, small to no white head. Aroma is lemony, light sourness, salty mineral, bit fruity and grassy, some grainy malt. Taste is light sweet malt, quite salty, light+ clean sourness, bit lemony, rather light coriander, bit bready finish. Light+ bodied, soft carbonation, bit watery. Not that exciting. (on tap, Craft Room, Zagreb)

Tasting at Konzum, Radni?ka, Zagreb. Hazy pale yellow, medium creamy white head. Light citrus, dusty, malty. Light body, but a sophisticated texture. Soft carbonation. Dry, not salty. Citrus finish.
