Stolichno Weiss е нефилтрирана пшенична бира с топ ферментация, приготвена по традиционна рецепта, датираща от 1475г. Отличителна селекция от пшеничен и ечемичен малц, специален щам пивни дрожди и фин хмел придават на Stolichno Weiss вкус, който не може да се сбърка.
Stolichno Weiss е натурално мътна бира, което означава, че пивните дрожди не са филтрирани след ферментацията. Благодарение на това пивото продължава да развива вкуса и аромата си дори след бутилиране, a наливането му е свързано със специален ритуал.

Thick light-yellow head, very dense, stable, over greenish orange-golden beer. Sourish wheat nose, yeast & fusels; banana, 1,4 guaiacol - the last very intense. Sweetish flavour, but pale, much more demure than in the nose - which was rather too much... strange. Banana remains the most expressive. Light body, wheatslick, yeast-filled. A rather pale imitation of a classical Bavarian Hefeweizen. I Thanks to my little Blackbird! /I

Bottle Sweetish weizen. Bits of clove. No coriander, no banan. No head, low carbonation... Not really hefeweizen as it should be.

400ml bottle. Pours cloudy gold with a medium-sized off-white head. Aroma is banana, wheat, esters. Taste is light to medium sweet, bubblegum, cloves, malt. Pretty decent.

40co at Chinar, pours a dark gold with some creamy white head. Nose has the esters, some banana, some bubblegum, honey. Flavor follows, banana, chewy malt, orange marmalade, bubblegum. Finishes creamy, full bodied. 6 4 5 2 8

Bottle in Varna. Pours unclear amber. Aroma is banana, little clover, more other herbs. Body is medium, chewy, and strongly quaffable. Refreshing, yet rather light on flavours. Bubble gum and banana. Does the job though, and identifies as Hefeweizen.

F: huge, egg-white, long lasting. C: gold, hazy. A: wheat, malty, bit orange, banana, hint of clove, bubblegum. T: wheat, banana, fruity esters, velvet mouthfeel, light body, higher carbonation, ok, enjoyed, 0,4l bottle from Billa supermarket in Park Center in Sofia, Bulgaria.

A bottle shared with lovely Anja and Our K&K Igor in Sofia. Murky golden, creamy off-white head. Fruity, estery, banana, bread, pleasant. Light sweet, perfumed with fruit and cloves flavours. Medium body, soft to moderate carbonation, thin finish. A bit fake, very soft, not bad.

Smell of banana, yeast. Hazy amber colour, white head. Aroma of yeast, banana, bread, wheat. Very sweet. Very heavy body for this abv. Viscous, flat carbon.

10/02/2017 @home - 40cl bottle from a shop in Bulgaria. Hazy golden with white head. Nose is soft wheat, sour touch. Taste is grainy, some sweetness, sour touch. Bit thin

Many thanks to Koelschtrinker for sharing this 40cl(!) bottle! A bit weak and neutral clove beginning. Not too deep, the body is smooth an clove-fruity. Sweetish with grainy hints. Yeasty, smooth and sweetish in the aftertaste.
