Sampled at Borefts 2016, Bodegraven. Dark brown pour with a tan head. Notes of roasted malts, chocolate, licorice, dark chocolate. Medium body and carbonation and a bitter-sweet finish.

Tap @ C4, Odense. Pours black with a small creamy beige head. Roast, chocolate and ashes. Smooth and dry. Very fine.

Draft @ Borefts 2016. Shared with RB Belgian crew. Brune foncée, malté grillé, biscuité, renforce par de belles effluves de caramel. Léger fleuri/citronné en rétro. Palais malté, caramel, grillé, biscuité, alcool perce bien tout en gardant une fin de bouche centrée sur les malts. Petite amertume se pointe en rétro s’accordant bien au caractère malté.

Thank you for sharing BE & friends RB Crew! Sampled draft @ Borefts 2016. Day 2. Dark brown to black, little tanned head. Nose umami, thick gravy, umami, bitter coffee. Taste is dry bitter herbal, too bitter herbal coffee grounds, coffee grounds, bitter malts. Body is bitter & dry grounds. Very dry. Too bitter for me to fully love but still good.

Draft at Borefts 2016, Day 2. Near black with a ring tan head. Aroma of coffee, roast, dark chocolate and overripe dark fruits. Flavour is above moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [24-09-2016]

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2016, Day 2. Dark brown color with a slight deep dark red glare coming through when held into the light. Average sized beige head. Aroma is malts, roasted malts, quite earthy again. Taste malts, earthy brown malts, malt bitter and a touch of grainy sweet malt in the middle. Decent to medium body, (Dutch) "beetje korrelige, zandige textuur", decent carbonation. Hmm overall, not a fan.

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2016. Sweetish, slightly roasty-malty aroma of coffee, dark chocolate, some dark fruits and hints of licorice. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty taste of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice and dark fruits, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite dry finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!
