Unpasturized, unfiltered, bottle conditioned. Fermented with selected Belgian Abbaye yeast. Maturation in bottles and kegs for 4 months before release.

0.33l bottle, courtesy of Elvis. Aroma of caramel, yeast, dried fruit and flowers. Pours cloudy dark amber color with thin quickly diminishing off-white head, yeast residue and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with sweet caramel and toasted malt with coriander note, following is floral, dried fruity and medicinal, mouthfeel is warm alcoholic, while finish is mild bitter. Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dallo speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma destinata a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è discreto. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, crosta di panettone, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, spezie, arancia rossa, cannella, frutta passita, cuoio e chiodi di garofano.

Brown bread with old vanilla butter. Fusel. At the same time too flat and too round. There is gummy bears on the bread.

Clear amber. Aroma is light yeast with toast and green hops heavy grain. Taste is yeasty dough and hoppy fresh stuff. Quite drinkable. Alright.

Bottle. Lightly golden, vegetal nose. Tastes a bit grassy and vegetal as well. DMS kind of kills it for me, sorry!

Bottle at Ratebeer tasting at Daves, Unterhaching, München, Friday 4th February 2022. Pours light silvery colour with a white head, a little bit boozy, soft moutheel, ok, some sweeteness, not great.

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is lemony, phenolic, spicy yeasts. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Alright.
