Hazy golden color. It has a bit more fruity aroma than classic Belgians, but it has a similar bold spicy character; moderately sweet, full bodied, and with nice alcohol warmth. Overall, 80% Belgian and 20% American. A bit cloying, glueish, sticky in the final.

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a blond and loose mid-sized foamy head. Slightly yeasty and delicately caramelly malty aroma with notes of sulfur. Mildly sweet and slightly acidic flavour, medium bodied at best with a calm carbonation. Dry-ish chalky and doughy malt character with a shy vinous fruitiness underneath; slightly sweet and mildly sourish fruity finish with a muted alcoholic strength. Stylewise not convincing. 16.II.15
