We brewed a small family of APAs to introduce you to the might and endless possibilities of aroma hops. The same style, the same recipe, but featuring different varieties of US hops. For each batch we added the starring hop to the boil and dry hopping as well. The most exciting thing is to get acquainted with all the brothers at once, but one to one introduction would be equally appropriate. So, meet Citra. Tropical fruity rebel, full of distinct notes of passion fruit, melon, lime and grapefruit.

330ml can. Clear golden, big white head. Aroma of orange, grapefruit, pale malts, grains. Taste is citrusy, orange and grapefruit, grains, resin, pine, moderate bitterness. Light-medium bodied. Pleasant APA, not bad at all but perhaps a little lacking by today's standards.

Der Zitronenbaum 🍋 🍋‍🟩 schmückt nicht nur das Etikett, sondern schlägt sich auch deutlich im Geschmack nieder. So hat es einen lichten, spritzigen 💦 Körper, der gut mit den Citra-Aromen harmoniert.
Vielleicht etwas flach, da nur auf Zitronigkeit getrimmt, aber durchaus trinkbar.

Hazy gold with a bubbly/frothy white head and a sweet citrus aroma. Fresh and clean with sweet citrus fruit and light caramel malt, a sharpish kick of hop bitterness and a dry bitter finish

Hazy with a thin white frothy head. Aroma of lime and lemon. Taste has floral notes, some wheat base, grainy malt. Palate has some more citra. Not bad.

33cl bottle at Põhja Öökull, Tallinn. Slightly hazy golden with a white head. Mild citrus, malt and hints of ripe, yellow fruits. Smooth and quite pleasant.

330ml bottle from Sophie's Beer Store. Deep golden amber pour with a good white frothy head. Leafy piney citrus character, with a vibrant sweetness and decent bitter close. Ok.

2/7/2022. Bottle shared at fonefan tasting. Pours almost clear pale gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, grass, herb, touch of pine. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Slightly oily, average carbonation.
