To je naša interpretacija tradicionalnega kislega nemškega stila berliner weisse. Nizka stopnja alkohola, ostra mlečna kislina in mehak karakter pšenice. Kislina prihaja od mlečnokislinskih bakterij, sama fermentacija piva pa je bila opravljena izključno z divjimi Brettanomyces kvasovkami, ki ustvarijo bogat spekter sadnih in funky arom. Končen rezultat je lahko kislo pivo za gašenje žeje.

Draught@HBF2018. Amber colour with a mediumsized head. Aroma is herbal, some tart wood, mild citrus. Flavour is some funk, tart wood and some citrusy and yeasty tones to it.

Bottle. Yellow color with huge white head. Very live carbonation. Lemon, apples in aroma. Taste, lemon, lactobacilus, brett. Nice light sourness. Good.

On tap at Lajbah Nice bw. Decent sourness. Fresh feel. Still quite warming. Tasty.

Hazy yellowish. Aroma is wood some berries lacto fruit melisse. Taste is (sweet) fruity with lacto acid. Fresh and drinkable. Not super exciting but drinkable fresh. Good.

0,3 l on tap at Sir Williams pub. Pours hazy light yellow with minimal almost immediately dissipating head. Aroma is citrus tart, apples, minimal wheat scent. Taste is minimal sweet, minimal bitter and medium sour. Body is watery, carbonation below average. Finish is on the short side, citrus tart, refreshingly acidic. Drinkable, refreshing, but it could use more character.

On tap at Macro Beer Fest Maribor 2017. Shared with lovely Anja. Tried most of the batches, might update from time to time. Clear golden, small head. Yeasty, acidic, fruity, some sharp notes. Sour and malty underneath. Light body, moderate carbonation, beautiful finish. Great!
