At the brewery during layover in Montreal on the way back from MBCC.
Tannic, apples, a bit of funk, just a little bit sweet. Taste is along little bit more sweet 5hwn I would expect, but it is still tannic and a bit dry. Pleasant.

Bright golden color and a small white head. Classic cider: Apples, decent sweet, dryish

16oz can clear gold. Fizzy. Apples and honey and a little bit of corn. Fizzy apple juice, a little tartness. Off dry finish. Easy drinker.

A pale yellow cider with aroma of sweet apple, light acidic notes, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light mineral notes and Epsom salts, very nice. Bottle at Bières et Saveurs 2019.

En fût sur place. Couleur jaune pâle translucide, mousse blanche fugace. Arôme de pomme fraîche, floral. Goût de pomme fraîche, acidité moyenne, pelure de pomme. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen-faible.
