Maestral, refreshing north-western wind that blows during the warmest part of summer's day is a one way of keeping cool along the Croatian coast, the other one is this beer. We like both.

Enjoyed in a pint, poured on draft at the Dubrovnik Beer Company. A huge thanks to Mario for the warm welcome, and opening your doors to share some great brews and great stories. An experience I will be sure to never forget! Quite a glowing orange pour to this lager. A hazy appearance. An absolute ton of yeast character explode on this via aroma and flavor, more so than any other lager I've experienced. Never known a lager to have such distinct yeast aroma, and honestly didn't even know it was a thing. Maybe it's a combination of bready malts and soft citrus fruit that's fooling me a bit. No idea, I can't figure this one out. Still remains a good lager nonetheless. A refreshing citrus note to this. A touch watery. Interesting and unique lager. Very fun try.

Aroma of sweet hops, kind of ipa-ish but also kind of weak smell for an ipa. Has little head and a rather nice deep gold body. Flavour is crisp apricot and dry grains, mellow citrus, with a wood finish. Significant on the mouth. Very well done, some unique touches make it stand out from your usual lager.
