From Iznogud through Max, thanks to both: pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma is citrus, saison yeast, hay. Taste is moderately hoppy, a bit bitter, nice citrus. Pretty solid saison.

Bottled. Hazy pale golden, small head. Rich aroma of tangerine and marzipan. Mid dry with light-medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Generous citrus, grain and marzipan. Mid bitter finish. Nice

On tap at Craft Room, Zagreb. Clear golden, medium creamy white head. Moderate hoppiness, bit dank in middle, citrus, spicy, yeasty. Dry. Moderate carbonation. Moderate bitterness in finish. Medium bodied. Nice, balanced.

Bottle, 0.5l. Hazy yellow pour with two finger soapy white head. Medium retention, minimal lacing. Refreshingly hoppy nose, good herbal character, pleasant notes of elderflower and pine. Thin to medium body, regular carbonation. Slightly thin texture, pleasantly fizzy palate. Moderately bitter taste. Pretty nice for the low IBU, good hop character, well balanced. Aroma of citrus, elderflower and pine. Good malty backbone with subtle caramel notes. Herbal and somewhat peppery. Grassy. Drying mouthfeel. Long lasting finish, bitter, dry and peppery. Overall, tasty and refreshing. One to go back to from time to time.

On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Yellow/pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, citrusy spicy nose. Yeasty, quite fresh citrusy hoppy, light grassy and spicy with dry finish. Easy-drinkable and so far the best Pulfer. Not one of my favorite styles but this one rocks!

Tap at Leopolds. Misty yellow body. Blasts of tropical fruit up front, lovely dry hop, clean, excellent. Later on some yeasty spice breaks out, showing that saison’s at work. The pleasant yeasty spiciness takes over in the taste, spicy hoppiness too, just light feuit, dry finish, good carbonation. This is a wonderful summer beer. Janko and Adri are masters of this and it shows. Hats off!
