Great collaboration with Zao Gnom [Home brewery] for great summer beer - saison. We used belgian yeast which produced spicy and fruit flavours, wheat and pils malt for drinkability, Citra, Chinook and Mosaic for hop aroma - all combined together to make great beer! Cheers! #malažuta

On tap at Craft Room, Opatovina, Zagreb. Shared with lovely Anja. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Moderate to heavily hopped, herbal, basil, spicy, citrus and a nice yeasty touch. Good balance. Dry and moderately sour. Medium body, average to high carbonation. Dry finish, lasting. Good! 838414=3.7
