Draught at Monk’s Porterhouse, Stockholm. Hazy pale amber, small head. Aroma of pears, hay, butter and gooseberries. Mid dry with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Plenty of NZ hops, long salty bitterness. Well made pale ale.

Draft. Cloudy golden yellow color, thick white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of intense grass, some citrus and anise. Taste is bitter lemon, subtle pine. Very nice.

Tap @ C4 Pale Ale Festival, Odense. Pours cloudy golden with a creamy head and lacings. Butter and grain with Nelson beneath. Smooth and bitter. Somehow unrefined.

Christian Firtal Pale Ale Festival 2012 - Day One. Cloudy golden with a small white head. Malty aroma with bread and grainy notes, and a very light fruity nelson note. Sweet malty flavour with caramel and a touch of butterscotch. Fruity hop flavour and a mild bitterness. 3.1

2013 batch: Cleaner and hoppier, no diacetyl. Delicious and drinkable

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a small longlasting white head. Has a fruity grassy peachy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty peachy bitter grassy hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty peachy hoppy bitter finish.
