Bottled 330ml. -from Getränke Oase Munich. Daark brown coloured, small to medium sized beige head, caramel in the nose. Roasted malt, caramel, dried fruits and light chocolate with rather dry sweet finish. Nothing special here.

Bottle. Color. Black, light brown head. Taste: Medium sweet, dark roasted malt, notes of dark chocolate, hints of mocha. light hints of liquorice. Light bitterness. Creamy, smooth. Medium body, soft carbonation. Pretty flat, lacking body and complexity.

Bottle @ Home. Pours black with a small creamy brown head, light lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, brown sugar, sweet dark chocolate. Flavor is light sweet, sweet malty, caramel, cocoa, dark chocolate, licorice. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, sweet finish. 060218

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a very dark black with a vague orange hue and a creamy, beige hue. Nose is big on chocolate or perhaps rather cacao, soft with no roastiness. Medium body, again rather soft on the palate with a very smooth approach, cocoa powder. Carbonation is to the low side, and I would never have guessed this to be 6.9%. Smooth and easygoing - a pleasant Porter. 050218

33cl Bottle from EkoPlaza. Black colour, beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, pumpernickel, rye bread, molasses, hint of roast. Flavour is very sweet, liquorice, rye bread, pumpernickel, fruity, sweet finish. Light bodied. Way too sweet for me.

330 ml bottle, served in small muh. Pours dark brown to black with decent Cappuccino-coloured head. Malty nose. Dried fruits, coffee, roasted to burnt malt, caramel, liquor, port wine. Malty, bitter, sweet and fruity. Malty long-lasting aftertaste. Creamy texture, full body. Alcohol well hidden. Very palatable. Very nice, drinkable even in summer.
