The Aromas are fruit and bread dough. Flavors are citrusy sweet tart with some yeast and hop bitterness. It's sold as a Brett IPA so I think it's misclassified here as a hazy not bad but not a lot of hop flavor

Hazy yellow, big thick white head. Sharp, tart, citrus aroma. Flavour is super tangy up front. Funky, dry, bready flavour with grassy hops, some bitter fruit and a little sweet, zingy lemon in the finish as well as a drier tropical fruit touch to it. Not massively complex but everything in there is big, strong and well balanced and it's really rather tasty.

Bottle, 0.33l. Thick hazy pale orange pour, two finger frothy white head. Long lasting, pretty good retention. Lots of lacing on the glass. Fruity sour nose, lots of lemon/lime nose, some stale grassiness in the background. Medium body, soft to medium carbonation. Thick texture, smooth and creamy. Moderately sour taste with some bitter and mild salty notes in the aftertaste. Aroma of yeast, wheat, citruses. Lemon and lime, orange peel, grapefruit. Refreshingly sour with a bit of tart. Slight herbal spiciness going on in the background. Well hidden alcohol. Medium to long finish, quite dry and a bit salty. Pretty solid brew. Good balance and complexity. Tasty.

Cloudy pale yellow, creamy who white head. The aroma is full of citrus peel, a little bit of salted lime juice, only mild fruitier (that is sweeter) notes and some bubble gum. There's no obvious bretty footprint to talk about, but there's something that makes the beer not as crazy fruity fresh as other IPAs, but kind of old, mature, unfresh in a beautiful kind of way. The taste is a very dry kind of modern IPA, dry mouth coating zesty bitterness, and surprising tart ripe lemon/like lightly salty note in the finish. A very nice modern dry IPA with a few interesting twists.

Bottle at Valhalla. Huge thanks Poljo! Misty golden, lasting white head. Nice tropical aroma, simple but effective. Fruit overload in the smooth taste, vague tart touch, but mostly a fresh, well-tamed fruitiness, tropical and enjoyable, the hops mixing with yeastiness. Quality stuff by all means!
