Before we introduced this beer to the Earth, we did some beer tastings on Mars. The red colored beer potion, that we named Mars Colony, represents a Pale Ale and is extremely refreshing. Great news? You don’t have to go to the red planet (Mars) to get it because we imported this great beer to our home planet, which is … well, Green-Golden. You will have to check twice to realize how impressed were the Martians by our excellent combination of domestic hops Aurora, Styrian Wolf and Styrian Fox.

18/12/2019. Can courtesy of MarkoNm. Pours clear amber with a large foamy off-white head. Lots going on in aroma. Hops, biscuit, malt, caramel, tropcal fruit, orange, golden syrup, sawdust, light herbal and resinous notes, and very slightly soapy (though that's not meaning in a bad way). Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, syrupy texture, average carbonation. Quite a sweet finish, a little mild bitterness coming through. Turned a bit gassy. Otherwise, good.

0,33 l can. Pours clear copper colored with absolutely huge frothy and quite quickly dissipating off white head. Looks over carbonated. Aroma of bubble gum, caramel, fruity and herbal. Unfortunately soapy and somewhat medicinal too. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium, it is over carbonated, prickly on the tongue. Finish is quite dry and medium lasting. Beer leaves spicy and unpleasant feeling at the sides at tongue root sides. It is hard to judge if it is due to Styrian Fox or unwanted byproduct. If left in glass long enough for some carbonation to escape it becomes slightly better.

Can, 0.33l. Cloudy amber pour, no head. Grainy, grassy nose with subtle fruity notes in the background. Thin body, medium to high carbonation. Lively on the tongue, fizzy mouthfeel. Moderately bitter taste with subtle sweet and sour notes. Nicely balanced. Aroma of grains, wheat and herbs. Interesting jam-like notes. Fruity background, notes of melon and citrus. Bubblegum aftertaste. Lingering bitterness in the aftertaste, gets a bit stronger later on. A bit dry, medium lasting finish. Quite tasty.

Can, 0.33l. Aroma of pineapple, melon, pine, biscuit and bubblegum. Pours cloudy dark amber color with thin creamy tan-like head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet malty and refreshing fruity, following is resinous with bubblegum note, mouthfeel is very smoothly rounded by oat flakes and mild spicy on the other hand, while finish is medium bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Tasty space oddity...

Can courtesy of Hrabren, shared with him and Sandi ST. Slightly hazy amber-red body, off white head. Excellent, just excellent aroma... sandalwood, orange... Styrian Wolf (and, perhaps Fox) make it seem like it's Sorachi. So clear and fresh. Lovely taste, similar, orange, sandalwood, pistacchio, on top of clear light maltiness. They took a boring style and made it fantastic with such clear hoppiness (their own I guess, heh). Hats off.
