5 malts, dry hopped with Citra. Bottle conditioned.
Ugodna gorčina i mekoća poput anđeoskih krika dugo će Vas zadržati u zraku.

Bottle, 0.5l. Cloudy copper pour, one finger soapy white head. Short lasting, good lacing as it goes down. Fruity nose, lots of citrus notes, mild sour, herbal grassy background. Thin body, medium carbonation, pleasantly prickly. Light texture, somewhat watery. Medium bitter taste with subtle sour notes. Classic aroma for the style, mix of citruses, pine, grass and herbs. Yeasty sour background. Dry mouthfeel, medium lasting finish, a bit spicy. Solid brew but nothing spectacular.

Bottle, 500 ml from Grunt, shared with Max. Hazy orange, white head. Hoppy, herbal, some caramel, grainy, bit nutty, nice tongue biting bitterish finish.

0.5 l bottle at Veliki Tolk [Big Tolk], Opatovina, Zagreb. Shared with Ivana the waitress. Thanks! Murky golden, small off-white head. Moderately hoppy, tropical, citrus, grapefruit, zesty. Very light malty and grainy underneath. Light to moderate bitterness, hoppy flavours, surprisingly nice citrus, no malts though. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, aromatic finish, moderately lasting. Nice use of hops, no flaws, a bit light.

0.5l bottle at Veliki Tolk. Full old gold body, white head with medium retention. Served way, WAY too cold, but, after some warming, her goes... generally clean aroma, fruity aroma hop (mostly I guess) touches over some maltiness. Very very dry taste (a side-effect of bottle conditioning likely), with nice fruity hoppy notes coming up. Pretty drinkable. This is a pretty good starting-level beer that should go very well locally and in most niches it's aiming for. If you're a beer geek, it won't shake your world, but for a lot of inexperienced people, it might just be that stepping stone towards quality, which is pretty cool.
