Tamnosmeđe do crne boje s gustom bijelom pijenom. Napravljeno od pet vrsta slada. Osjeti se svo bogatsvo prženog slada, nota kave, kakaa te karamele. Hmelj lagano dolazi do izražaja s aromama suhog voće. Punog okusa prigodan za sva godišnja doba. Odlično paše uz sva mesna jela, posebno uz pečenja ili gulaše.

Taste starts with medium sweet and sour roasted malt, chocolate and caramel, following is herbal, dried fruity and earthy, mouthfeel is smooth with average bitter and dry finish. 0.33 l bottle from Pomalo Beer Shop, Zagreb. Had it once about three and a half years ago, that wasn't very good. Still showing signs of infection. Aroma is roasty, fruity, acidic. Flavour is caramel, roasty, sour apple, metallic. Quite smooth, light body, some cardboard, some toffee in the finish.

Bottle. Croatian brewery no.27 This is quite nice, chocolate, coffee, maybe some orange peel? Enjoyable.

Bottle @ Bi Village Camping, Fazana. Pours very dark brown with a small creamy tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, bread, light coffee, sour notes, dried fruit. Flavor light roasted, mild sourness, caramel, fruit. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, mildly sourish finish. 210719

Bottled 330ml. -from Bio&Bio Zagreb. Almost black coloured, medium sized beigeish head, light chocolate in the nose. Sweet nutty, light chocolate and caramel taste with some burnt notes in the finish. Nothing special here.

Bottle at Matija's farewell party. Dark brown body with an off whtie head. Mild aroma, caramel and cocoa, quite nice. Taste... caramel, some dogfood, sweetish. Okay overall, not too thrilling but not a bad beer.
