WHITE RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT
Another day, another collab. This time we teamed up with our good friends from St. Petersburg, we wanted to create a beer that would throw off your senses, something to make you doubt what you smell, taste and see. A White Imperial Stout packed full of cocoa beans, vanilla beans, tonka beans as well as coffee beans. This beer has all the characteristics of a full bodied imperial stout, whilst at the same time being white.
MALT: Pilsner, Carapils, Carahell, Oats, Lactose
HOPS: Chinook
YEAST: American Ale

Canned at Craft Room, courtesy of Mladen. Shared with others. Pours hazy orange with white head. Coffee, some roastiness, some vanilla, cocoa, medium+ sweetness. Soft texture. Medium bodied. Not a big fan of white stouts, but this is actually quite good.

Draft. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of vanilla, chili, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of vanilla, chili, caramel, malt, and alcohol, leading to a dry finish.

Can, enormous thanks Dario!!! Misty darker amber, white head. The can smelled like marzipan and honey, but the beer itself is indeed coffee and honey all over the place. Sweetish taste, extremely well hidden alcohol, coffee more than cocoa perhaps but still, a tasty take on the sub- style. Props!

Canned 330ml. -at Pivoteka Zagreb, thanks Vran. Darker clear golden coloured, small white head that went away fast, coffee in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, coffee, light raisins and noticable alcohol with rather sweet finish. Interesting but a bit too sweet overall.
