Collaboration with the famous Croatian homebrewer Goran Kramarić. Weihenstephaner yeast from White Labs, 65% wheat malt, Tettnanger hops.
Our version of weissbier! When you brew hefeweizen, do as the Germans do! Wheat and Pilsner malt, german hop Tettnanger. Our 2nd collaboration is named Brundelweiss, full of banana and clove aroma and flavor. Prost!
Note: Initially 5.2% and bottled, since the Autumn of 2021, canned and at 5.4%.

Bottle, 0.5l. Hazy golden pour, one finger soapy white head, short lasting. Minimal lacing on the glass. Very nice on the nose, wheat grains and grass, fruity notes in the background. Thin to medium body, medium carbonation. Average mouthfeel and texture, slightly chewy, goes down quite nicely. Sweet taste with subtle fruity tart and herbal spiciness. Aroma of wheat, grains, grass. Banana, cloves, mild citrus. Malty background. Short to medium lasting finish, slightly peppery. Pretty good hefe.

Hazy golden, large white head. Lots of banana, yeasty, light spices, wheat, tad too much carbonation and just a bit empty in finish. Sweetish. Soft texture. Medium bodied.

On tap at Fakin Zagreb. Cloudy yellow/orange coloured, medium sized white head, banana and light yeasty nose. Sweetish malty, yeasty, banana and light spices with mild touch of vanilla. Sweetish finish, slightly too dry but decent brew.

On tap at Valhalla, pours a cloudy golden with a large white head. Aroma brings out lots of fresh wheat, with a hint of wheat and light banana. Flavour is fresh, with lots of fresh wheat, with a lot of banana and floral esters. Floral and fruity. Well-balanced, clean weizen.

On tap at Fakin with Krama and Puh. Cheers 🍻 Murky golden, small off-white head. Banana esters up front, backed by some citrus. Very light clove phenols. Lots of flavours, banana persistent, light vanilla, moderate to heavy malt aroma. Very creamy, soft texture. Light bitterness rounds up the generally sweet beer. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Very good.

Tap at Fakin, bottled later. Full murky golden body, white head, the look is spot on. Hmm... aroma... slightly tart, light sulphur, but it comes out soon enough, the banana esters moving up front. Bottled, it was clean banana ester, vanilla and awesome! Still, not the greatest at first. Creamy, soft, perfectly smooth taste. Wheat malt, vanilla, banana, fucking classy. Vague tart touch, sweetish, wow! Wholesome, slightly sweetish at times, but wow is THIS tasty! Great job, guys!
