can, rated in June 2017 - Hazy light yellow pour. Yeasty, spicy aroma. Flavor is sweet and yeasty with grain, bread, and clove. Light bodied. It's not bad but it's a bit bland.

Can, 0.5l. Cloudy copper pour, two finger frothy off-white head. Medium retention, decent lacing. Smells nice, sweet and fruity, good herbal and grassy background. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation. Light on the palate, would be much smoother with some extra thickness. Still nice nonetheless. Taste and aroma as expected - wheat, grains, grass. Herbal. Some fruity tartness. Usual banana and clove notes, nicely balanced overall. Slight acidity on the tongue throughout the finish. Overall, decent hefe. Good thirst quencher and - price considered - quite a good value for money. Good.

Can. Banana, orange, clove, wheat malt, and hay aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with nice fluffy white head. Moderately sweet banana, orange, clove, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Nice - think this should be a lesson to the other German brewers: can the Weizens (and all other beers) you send to the states so they don’t taste like old cardboard. Too bad canned beer became a rarity in Germany in 2003.

Refrigerated 16 oz. aluminum can poured into a weizen glass. Hazy light orange with medium white head. Aroma is nice esters, medium s soft body, well carbonated, and good smal-bible lacing. Taste is soft wheat, some esters, and a little banana.

500ml Can: Hazy yellow with a huge, off-white head. Wheat, banana scent. Sweet banana, wheat malt, clove taste. Pretty decent....just slightly weak-feeling.

0,5 l can bought in an EDEKA supermarket in Braunschweig for 0,79 Euro. This beer is a test run in their home country and according to the facebook page brewed on their own facility in contrast to the export version for the US and Asian market. Unclear pale orange in the glass, white one finger frothy head. Banana, yeast and some clove with sulfur on the nose. Taste starts more malty, some bitterness, less fruity, dry, toasted grain. Chewing gum and banana in the background. Low carbonated. Can not really convince.

500 ml can. Honey gold color. Big thick creamy white head. Zesty wheat malt nose redolent of citrus, hay cloves. Crisp, light wheat flavor upfront. Soft and light with some banana esters. Smooth and quaffable. A decent weizenbier that is a slight departure from the Bavarian style.
