Kamenická IPA 15 is top fermented beer brewed from two types of malt. Added hops are Citra and Mosaic. Typical characteristics are dark-golden colour, fruity-citrus flavour which is distinctive in taste and higher bitterness. The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of Marko, shared with colleagues. Aroma is grainy, floral, grassy, resinous and caramelly. Pours cloudy dark amber color with thin creamy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet caramel, following is grassy and earthy, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium to full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Tap at Damian at a tasting. Slightly too much body, with associated caramel too, but still manages to keep the hops center. Resiny citrusy zesty hops character. Good one.

V barrique pub kosice. Vyrazna chmelovo citrusova vona. Silna pena a medova farba. Silna chmelovomedova chut. Na kinci dlho ostava.

Bottled 500ml. -from Pivny Raj Bratislava. Clear pale amber coloured, medium sized white to off-white head, odd yeasty and vegetable (leek like) nose. Sweetish malty, caramel, vegetables, some fruits and yeast with strong bitterness in the finish. Unbalanced.

Bottle from Pivný raj Pours hazy amber. Aroma is malty, hoppy, no citruses. High bitterness, malty, sucks on hop presence. Okay

On tap at barrique Košice. Hazy golden color with high stable white head. Aroma: Full of yeast, sourish, diacetyl, grapefruit, forest fruits. Taste: sour, diacetyl, spicy yeast, overipe fruits. Medium body, moderate carbonation, light to moderate bitterness. Either faulty or not very pleasant, I may give it another try but would definitely need some time.

Bottle. Hopy aroma, resin, caramel, ripe fruit, citrus fruit, floral notes. Tastes the same as aroma, light sweet, light to medium bitter. Medium body, slick texture and hopy bitter finish with resin notes. Good.
